  Everyone is always way too critical of rental communities like this. No, the walls are not made of brick. So I guess you can occasionally hear a neighbor, but not that I’ve ever noticed. The staff is fine, maintenance is fine.
  
  It’s a rental community, not a Bellaire mansion. It’s nice and affordable. I recommend Avalon to everyone and this is the 3rd I’ve lived in in my lifetime. Planning to start a family here and buy later. It’s convenient and beautiful. Couldn’t really ask for more.
